To authorize Ulster Savings Bank to change your Statement Certificate of Deposit (CD) online, please follow the steps listed below.

Complete section 1.
Select option in sections 2 and/or 3 if applicable.
Submit form.

Please Note: 37 month & 38 month term Certificates of Deposit cannot be renewed online. The bank reserves the right to reverse online CD transactions regarding 37 & 38 month Certificate of Deposit transactions. IRA and Passbook CDs are ineligible to renew online.

2. Renewal Options - select one

To renew at the same term with no changes, you don�t need to take any action. Your CD will automatically renew for the same term at the rate in effect at maturity. If you would like to change your CD, you have ten calendar days after maturity (grace period) to renew with a change to the deposit amount or term. We can accept your request up to 30 days prior to maturity.
