The Loan Counselor is responsible for any assigned mortgage accounts to manage from the onset of delinquency to the curing of the delinquency or referral to foreclosure. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written; and have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Mortgage Banking, Collections, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure and Loss Mitigation processes helpful. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle a large volume of files and have the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Must possess organizational skills and problem-solving skills and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as necessary, as well as travel if required to attend conferences and seminars. Computer skills including Word, Excel and other Windows-based programs. Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently and with a team. This includes the ability to cross-train and support other members of the team.
New Account Representative
We are seeking a professional, highly motivated, service-oriented individual to fill a New Account Representative position in our Stone Ridge and Poughkeepsie (South Road) branches. The position includes opening new accounts and cross-selling all bank products and services, as well as handling daily customer transactions. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service and problem-solving skills and accurate math abilities. In addition, the candidates we seek must be highly detail-oriented and organized.

Financial Registered Representative - Full Time
We are looking for an experienced individual to sell and service mutual funds, fee-based annuities and life insurance in our Financial Services Department in Ulster County. The desired candidate must have Series 6 or 7 license, Series 63 or 66 license and NYS Life Insurance license. Minimum of 2 years experience. Existing book of business is a plus.
Ulster Financial Group - P/T Payroll Processor/QuickBooks Specialist
We are in search of a Part-Time Payroll Processor to join our Payroll team. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, have the ability to work under deadlines and interact with customers on a regular basis. Payroll and QuickBooks experience is preferred.
This position focuses on providing quality payroll service to our clients. The Payroll Processor will work directly with clients to process their payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly basis as well as ensuring that all payroll tax payments and returns are filed timely and accurately.
Full Time Teller - Phoenicia
We are currently seeking a professional, highly-motivated service-oriented individual for our Full Time Teller position in our Phoenicia branch. In this role, you will be responsible for performing regular branch and customer service duties, accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processing loan payments; cashing checks and savings withdrawals; promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent math, computer and organizational skills.
Part-Time Float Tellers
We are currently seeking professional, highly-motivated, service-oriented individuals to fill three (3) Part-Time Float Teller positions. The Float Teller is responsible for performing routine branch and customer service duties; accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processes loan payments; cashes checks and savings withdrawals; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent math and organizational skills; the ability to listen, understand and respond to requests; and the ability to travel throughout Ulster, Dutchess and Orange counties. Float tellers are assigned to branches as needed and require flexible schedules including possible Saturday hours.
Hours vary for the Part-Time Float Teller positions. All positions include Saturday hours of 8:45am to 2:15pm.
Business Insurance Account Manager
The Business Insurance Account Manager will manage a book of business which will include Customer Service, Rounding of Accounts, Account and Policy Reviews, Renewing Policies and working with the Agency's Insurance Producers. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational, computer, communication, time management and problem-solving skills. In addition, they must possess a solid knowledge of business insurance and have a valid NYS P&C License and NYS Drivers License. Must also have worked in the field for at least two (2) years and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Insurance Sales Executive
