Messages left during non-business hours will be returned on the next business day.
Language Line Services: We are able to assist customers that require language translation assistance through our partnership with Language Line Solutions. Please click here for further information about this service.

If you need to report a lost or stolen Ulster Savings Debit MasterCard® or ATM card after business hours, call (800) 472-3272.
To activate and/or PIN (or re-PIN) your debit/ATM card, please call (888) 533-7554. (NOTE: There is a limit set for maximum PIN tries on debit/ATM cards. If you are locked out or have further questions, please contact our Customer Service Center at (866) 440-0391 during regular business hours.)
