Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device.
  4. Select the Updates Available tab.
  5. Scroll down and tap to the Ulster Savings app.

iPhone

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Ulster Savings app.
  4. Tap Update next to our mobile app.

Finger print Fingerprint / Facial Recognition Biometrics

The recent online banking and mobile app updates may affect your current biometric setup
(fingerprint or facial recognition). You may need to log in with your User ID and Password.

  • If you forgot your User ID, please contact Customer Service at 845-338-6322, M-F 8am-6pm and Sat. 9am-2pm.
  • If you forgot your password you can reset it by following the prompts after tapping on “Forgot password?” in the mobile login screen.

You will need to re-enroll in the fingerprint/facial recognition biometric every time you change your password–whether with a representative, on your mobile device, or online using your desktop.

  1. Login to the mobile app with your User ID and password.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom menu.
  3. Tap Fingerprint/Facial Enrollment.
  4. On the Fingerprint/Facial Authentication Enrollment screen type in your device name, online banking User ID, and Password.
  5. You will receive a message letting you know your device has been enrolled in your biometric of choice.
