Alejandro Cordova Joins Ulster Savings as Human Resources Director

(Kingston, NY) Ulster Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Alejandro Cordova has joined them as their Human Resources Director.

In his new position, Mr. Cordova will be responsible for talent management and development, training, compensation, benefits administration and employee records, and corporate succession planning. He will work with the bank’s senior management in regards to their overall organizational development.

“Alex is a great addition to the Ulster Savings Bank family,” said Bill C. Calderara, President and CEO of Ulster Savings Bank. “He has an extensive background in Human Resources. His expertise in all facets of employee relations will be of great value to us as we continue to grow as a local community bank.”

A Wappingers Falls resident, Mr. Cordova brings over 18 years of human resource management, including previous positions at Vassar Brothers Medical Center and Central Hudson. Mr. Cordova holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science from Le Moyne College. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
