Community Donations

Did you know we are a community bank with no stockholders? That's right! As a mutual savings bank, we exist for the benefit of our customers and community. Ulster Savings Bank supports hundreds of non-profit organizations year after year. After all, without you there would be no US!

In addition to what Ulster Savings Bank gives, our employees give back too! Whether its volunteering on a local board or at a community event, on their own time or on company time, our employees are just as committed as we are! Thousands of volunteer hours are donated each year to assist community organizations who also need a helping hand.

If you visit us on a Friday, you may see us dressed more casually. That's because every Friday, USB teammates wear jeans in exchange for making a donation to a local non-profit organization. Our 'Jeans for Charity' program funds come directly from the pockets of our employees. So far this year, we added an additional $6500 to causes in our community!
