IMPORTANT ALERT: There has been a recent increase in phishing text messages and spoofed phone calls. Fraudsters are impersonating Ulster Savings Bank employees, often claiming to be from the Fraud or Treasury Management Department. They attempt to create urgency by stating that fraud has been detected and pressuring you into sharing sensitive information such as online banking credentials, a PIN or verification code, or your Social Security Number. They may ask you to log in to online banking and initiate a password change while you are on the phone with them. NEVER share your security codes or credentials. Ulster Savings Bank will NEVER ASK YOU for your one-time passcode, PIN, or online banking credentials. Do not click on links sent via text or email.
