Branch Manager

Melissa has been with Ulster Savings Bank since 1989 and has worked in several different departments within the bank. She found her home working in the branches in 1999. She has been in Red Hook since the branch opened and was promoted to branch manager in 2021. Her main focus is developing lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. Melissa values community involvement and is the current treasurer of Northern Dutchess Kiwanis. She also volunteers with the Red Hook VFW, Light the Village Pink, and Junior Achievement. Melissa will graduate from the Accredited Banking Professional Certification Program in November 2024.
