As a business owner and Certified Cyber Risk Manager with extensive experience in flood insurance, she offers thoughtful risk management guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs. 

Jeanann believes insurance is about more than policies—it’s about educating clients, building trust, and helping them understand the “why” behind every coverage recommendation so they can make informed decisions with confidence. She often jokes that while her title is insurance broker, her real job is “insurance fixer,” bringing honesty, optimism, and practical solutions to every situation.

An active networker and community volunteer, Jeanann serves on the board of Christian Resource Ministry, where she is passionate about connecting people with the resources, support, and encouragement they need. She is committed to being a trusted partner who helps protect what matters most and ensures every client knows they always have someone on their side.
