Ulster Savings Bank Announces Employee Promotions

Ulster Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of two team members: Rocco J. Pucino III and Jo Dunn. Each of them has been recognized for their outstanding achievements.

Rocco J. Pucino III has been promoted to First Vice President/Retail Banking Officer at the bank’s Kingston headquarters. In Mr. Pucino’s new role, he will be responsible for overseeing and directing the retail banking area by providing guidance and support to the bank’s 15 branch locations.

A Newburgh, NY resident, Mr. Pucino is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking located at the University of Pennsylvania. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from SUNY Plattsburgh. Rocco serves as treasurer and board member of the HealthAlliance Hospital Foundation and is a member of the New Paltz Rotary. He has been a bank employee since 2003.

Jo Dunn, who also joined Ulster Savings Bank in 2003, has been named Bank Operations Officer at the bank’s Kingston headquarters. In her new role, Ms. Dunn will oversee the Bank’s loan operations department. She will ensure the accuracy of financial data and the integrity of the financial reporting for the bank.

A Stone Ridge resident, Ms. Dunn, is a graduate of the Ulster Leadership Development Institute, a leadership training program sponsored by the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers her time at various bank charity events.
