Ulster Savings Bank Announces Employee Promotions

Carlos Santiago and Wynn Eggleston Take on Elevated Roles at Bank

Ulster Savings Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of two team members: Carlos Santiago and Wynn Eggleston. Each of these employees has been recognized for their outstanding achievements.

Carlos Santiago has been promoted to First Vice President, Credit Officer at the bank’s Kingston headquarters. In his new role, Mr. Santiago will be responsible for overseeing credit approvals, loan applications, and loan closing processes of the bank’s commercial lending business. He will also manage commercial loan portfolio functions such as annual reviews and credit monitoring. In addition, he serves as Chair of the Executive Credit Committee.

He holds a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. A Newburgh resident, Carlos serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh.

Wynn Eggleston, who joined Ulster Savings Bank in 1990, has been named Credit Administration Officer at the bank’s Kingston headquarters. In this role, Ms. Eggleston oversees all commercial loan application processes from intake through closing, as well as managing all Small Business Lending applications and underwriting activity.

A Tillson resident, Wynn volunteers for the Bardavon 1869 Opera House and the Ulster Performing Arts Center.
