Ulster Insurance Services Welcomes Roland Garcia as Personal Lines Manager

In this role, Roland will oversee the agency’s Personal Lines Account Management and Inside Sales teams.  His background across banking and insurance operations positions him to strengthen team performance and drive client-focused service delivery. He will also represent the agency at community and networking events.

Roland holds licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health in New York State and earned a BA from the University of Houston. Beyond his professional work, he is an active community advocate, serving as treasurer for local civic organizations in Marlborough where he assists with financial oversight, fundraising, and community outreach initiatives.
