Posted March 11, 2021
(Kingston, NY) Ulster Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Alejandro Cordova to First Vice President of Human Resources at the bank’s Kingston headquarters.
“As a member of the Executive Management Team, Alex has made a great impact since joining us,” said Bill C. Mr. Cordova will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of the senior management team to ensure that HR strategy, policies, and procedures support an environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
A Wappingers Falls resident, Mr. Cordova holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Le Moyne College. He is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
