Luisa Garnot Named Insurance Agency Operations Assistant

Ms. Garnot joined Ulster Savings Bank in May 2024 as a Personal Banker and began this new agency role on September 4, 2025.
“Luisa is an ideal addition to the team, providing a winning combination of both personality and ability,” said Philip Bender-Tymon, Agency Operations Manager for Ulster Insurance Services. “Her experience working in customer service and in rapidly changing environments like the import/export business gives her a unique skill for navigating complex and dynamic business environments.”
Prior to joining Ulster Savings Bank, Ms. Garnot oversaw shipping logistics for a Brazilian import/export company and worked in a variety of customer-facing roles while completing her degree.
Ms. Garnot holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Universidade Internacional UNINTER in Curitiba, Brazil.
